Learning activities in Germany, spring 2017

Solar car model made in Finland

The final Erasmus+ meeting was organized in Bad Malente, Germany 6.5.-12.5.2017. The students had built small solar energy cars made of recycled materials for a race between the countries. Unfortunately it was rainy when the race was supposed to be held. The following video shows the Finnish model made of aluminum cans and solar panel. The model is designed by Airi Kangasniemi.

Water around us

Finnish pupils made a video about water to the art exhibition that was held in Finland during the Erasmus+ visit.

Visit in Finland

In late April 2016 the Erasmus pupils and teachers spent a week in Finland to learn about bioenergy and  finnish school system.

Let's learn about hot springs!

Hot springs are the most visible and beautiful manifestation of the heat of the earth. They are springs of geothermally heated groundwater emerging from the earth's  crust. The following video, made by Finnish 8th grade students Kiia, Joel, and Teemu, shows us the many aspects of hot springs.
